Now What for Tebow?

For the past four years the highly touted and most talked about college football player was Florida Gators quarterback Tim Tebow. We first met Tim when he was a freshman in 2006 as Sports Illustrated ordained him as college football's future top mobile quarterback. He also showed the world what he could do in the BCS national championship game against Ohio State by running and passing for a touchdown. The funny thing about that win is people now forget that Chris Leak was the starting quarterback for that team and people are trying to give Tebow that credit.
Tebow became the starting quarterback the following year and lead his team to a decent season and lost to Michigan in the Gator Bowl, but was still giving the Heisman Trophy over talented rusher Darren McFadden and the quarterback that set a great passing record Colt Brennan. That's when the superman comparisons came and Tim Tebow was now America's new "great white hope." Tebow's fame became more relevant when he led his team to a national championship win after losing to an unranked Ole Miss team and the greatness poured out.
The media were in aw as Tebow proclaimed the Gators will never lose another game. Then news papers were writing he's the greatest player ever, he's a virgin and if you spend at least five minutes with Tebow your life will change drastically. Please. I'm not knocking this guy, but I feel he got way too much praise for just winning one Heisman trophy and leading his team to one national championship.
The most amazing comment made was that Tebow was a complete quarterback and is a passing quarterback at that and all I have to ask is, how? Tim Tebow has broken no passing records, but instead broke records for most rushing touchdowns in a career and being the only player to rush and pass for twenty touchdowns. With that being said, why isn't the NFL or media talking about moving Tebow to another position than quarterback?
I mean if Tim Tebow was Tim Jenkins he would be moved to wide receiver or corner back because he has fast feet. Again, don't get me wrong Tebow has proven himself as a great college player, but with a slow Bryon Leftwich delivery throwing the ball will Tebow really be a successful quarterback in the NFL. That's later to be seen. So with a SEC championship loss and not winning this years Heisman even though everybody thought he should and not even averaging more than two hundred passing yards a game this year. All I have to ask now is What's next for Tim Tebow.
