What is Kelly Doing?

Notre Dame is causing more problems than need be right now. After having a terrible season and making news for firing a troubled coach Charlie Wies and cheating their team out of a bowl appearance. Notre Dame is now making noise about who they will hire as their new head coach. Yes Notre Dame head coach is a prestigious position to have, but why can't these teams wait till after the bowl season. Instead they cause mischief and disarray to college teams releasing names of who they want to interview or hire for their head coaching position.
Jim Harbaugh was a man with great reserve and loyalty saying that he's the coach of the Stanford Cardinals and will continue to be the head coach God Willing. Cincinnati's coach Brian Kelly did it totally the wrong way. Why would a head coach that lead his team to an undefeated season say that he will interview for the Notre Dame job before his big bowl game against the Florida Gators.
I mean come on, he has bigger things to worry about in Florida than if he's going to recruit for Cincinnati or Notre Dame next year. Not only that, how would his team react to the hearing of that news. Sure it's seniors on the team that can care less, but what about the players he recruited that wanted to come play for him. Their not going to be able to transfer to Notre Dame and some will feel betrayed and blind sided thinking they were going to play for Kelly the rest of their career.
I know college football is big business and looking for the next bigger better job is the thing, but why announce it now and on Twitter of all places. Coaches live to turn around the impossible and become the greatest coach of a school's history, so I want to ask what is Kelly doing when he has a chance to become Cincinnati's all time whinniest coach in Bearcat's history.
